We at Langwayz focus on a specific yet largely un-acknowledged skill for enhancing employability among the Indian workforce viz., clear English communication skills. Our program contributes to a stable economy and strong social growth by strengthening the same.
Langwayz offers training programs at very low cost to those who are at a disadvantage in terms of their current financial conditions and time limitations due to their already busy schedules. While we have a good number of volunteers, we employ highly skilled professionals for important positions in areas like administration, content et cetera. These professionals need to be timely compensated for their strenuous efforts.
Our training programs are run remotely using various internet based on professional tools and platforms. Tools such as the ones used for scheduling, conducting and tracking progress of these training programs of the students and the ones used for administration and operations of the organisation. Though currently in the nascent stage, our vision to leverage technology to include classroom based mobile applications and visualized databases that students can access.
We as a non-profit believe in putting our heart and soul into our programs to reach the most needy without straining their finances. We do not want money as a constraint for them in accessing our programs.
However, the feasibility of these goals depends on the philanthropic nature of you, our donors. Our donors believe in giving back to the society. They believe that the time is now to helping those who require support for a better education.
